1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Fox Developer website (foxdeveloper.com) and, at a high level, the general terms under which we take on client work. Individual client engagements are additionally governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed between Fox Developer and the client, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.

2. Our services

Fox Developer provides web design, web development, mobile app development, and SEO services. Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing are agreed with each client individually before work begins.

3. Tools we use

We use established, publicly available software, including design, development, and AI-assisted productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar, as part of how we research, prototype, and build. These are tools that support our own work; we are not an AI product or AI tooling vendor, and we do not resell access to third-party AI tools.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Fox Developer retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Payments

Payment terms, milestones, and any deposit requirements are set out in the individual project proposal or contract for each engagement.

6. Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work, but to the extent permitted by law, Fox Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of deliverables or this website.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
